Ensures that all food and beverage items are served at the correct temperature Maintains current knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including menu changes and sold-out items Processes guest payments, using proper accounting and cash handling procedures Keeps work area, including guest dining area, clean and organized What You Bring Previous experience as server in a similar restaurant environment Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system Working knowledge of dining and beverage service procedures Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations Necessary State Food Handler’s License(s) and Liquor Serving Permit(s) Where You'll Work Woven is concepted by Roy Yamaguchi, an esteemed Hawaiian restaurateur known as the creator of Hawaiian fusion cuisine. It has been crafted to represent the fusion of ideas and blended cuisine with the center goal of bringing people together around food. The three threads within the design pay homage to the Puyallup, Hawaiian, and Japanese culture that will be present and “threaded” throughout the design and cuisine. The restaurant will emphasize a modern and blended twist on steak and seafood across the menu.
