Used Car Buyer

Garden Grove Hyundai is seeking an experienced and motivated Used Car Buyer who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and has a keen eye for market trends, vehicle valuation, and inventory strategy. Pay: $5,859/month + Bonuses Schedule: Full‑time (Mon – Fri) What You'll Do Responsible for acquiring a used-car inventory through direct contacts, generated leads, off‑site auctions, dealers, internet inquiries from customers or any other available avenues. Appraise vehicles, understand vehicle condition, negotiate price, make financially sound purchasing decisions, and ensure timely processing of all purchases. Respond to customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, accurate and courteous manner. Work in a fast‑paced team environment while being an effective self‑starter and working individually when needed. Generate leads and create appointments by researching the available used‑car market. Understand market tendencies and changes to trends in all geographic areas. Effectively utilize lead‑management tools. Compile all necessary reports, forms and other documentation on a timely basis. Special projects as assigned. Qualifications Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Active listening skills with the ability to understand and respond effectively. Critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities. Strong time management and organizational skills.
