Territory Sales Manager
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities
- Build and grow existing customer accounts
- Promote and sell branded safety products
- Negotiate and close sales opportunities
- Manage customer relationships and accounts
- Generate sales growth and increase profitability
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Help businesses keep their workforce safe with quality PPE
Skills and Experience
- Previous business-to-business (B2B) sales or sales management experience required
- Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in phone sales
- Experience generating new business through outbound phone calls
- Strong negotiation, closing, and account management skills
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Experience upselling products and services
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-driven personality
- Strong work ethic with a high level of initiative
- Willingness to travel up to 33% of the time
