Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hourJob description:About UsEnvironmental Protection Services (EPS) is a leader in erosion control, stormwatermanagement, and street sweeping services. We support construction projects acrossNorthern Nevada by keeping sites compliant, safe, and environmentally responsible.Position OverviewWe are seeking hardworking, reliable individuals to join our team as Erosion ControlLaborers. This is a hands-on, field-based role supporting construction sites withinstallation, maintenance, and removal of erosion control measures.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in theirwork, and wants to be part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities Install and maintain erosion control BMPs (Best Management Practices)including:  Silt fence Wattles Inlet protection Track-out control Perform general site cleanup and labor duties Load/unload materials and equipment Work alongside crew members and supervisors to complete daily tasks Follow all safety procedures and company standards Ensure job sites remain compliant with environmental regulationsRequirements  DL with Clean Driving History OSHA 10 or 30 construction Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Reliable transportation to job sites Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Construction or labor experience preferred (but not required)Compensation & Benefits Eligible for Performance Based Hiring Bonus at 60 days of employment Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) 7 paid holidays 40 hours PTO annually Health insurance offered Opportunities for growth and advancementWhy Work at EPS? Consistent, year-round work Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding company Team-focused environment with strong leadership Work that directly supports environmental protection and complianceBenefits:  Dental insurance Health insurance On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Referral program Tools provided Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
