Established company serving utility and industrial customers is seeking an experienced professional to support business operations from our West Chester office.

This is a flexible, part-time position offering the opportunity to play an important role in a small business supporting spare parts sales, equipment projects, facility operations, and office administration.

Key Responsibilities

Spare Parts Sales & Order Management

• • Manage spare parts sales activities from customer inquiry through quotation, order entry, purchasing, shipment, and billing.

Capital Equipment Proposal & Project Support

• • Assist with preparation of equipment proposals, quotations, and project documentation.
  • Support project execution through coordination with customers, vendors, and suppliers.

Facility Management

• • Serve as the local contact for office building operations and tenant matters.
  • Coordinate outside contractors and service providers as needed to maintain the property and office facilities.

Accounting & Administrative Support

• • Perform selected QuickBooks functions, invoicing, and general office administration.
  • Maintain company records, engineering drawings, manuals, and technical documentation.

Qualifications

• • Experience with industrial equipment and process systems.
  • Background in industrial sales, purchasing, project support, or technical customer service.
  • `QuickBooks experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Schedule

• • Typical workload of approximately 6-10 hours per week.
  • Additional hours may be available during proposal preparation and active project execution.
  • Flexible schedule.

Compensation

Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
