Trauma Hospital Operations Specialist

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Trauma Hospital Operations Specialist to support sales enablement and inventory management for the Orthopaedics division. The role involves coordinating resources, managing inventory rebalancing, and providing analytics to drive sales growth across trauma accounts and field territories.
Responsibilities
- Deploy strategies with Field Sales to ensure appropriate resources are available across assigned accounts and territories
- Coordinate inventory rebalancing, new product introductions, and set deployments to accounts and field locations
- Provide analytics and data-driven insights to Sales Leadership for optimal inventory level decisions
- Process transactions in SAP and support field sales systems that improve end-to-end sales efficiency
- Manage support requests from the Field Sales Organization and lead process change management initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 1 year experience in logistics, manufacturing, operations, sales, or inventory management
- Project leadership and cross-functional team coordination experience
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 25%
