Recruiting CoordinatorWe are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the Spend Management Talent Acquisition team during a period of rapid growth. This role will be heavily focused on interview coordination and scheduling, partnering with recruiters, candidates, and hiring leaders to ensure a seamless hiring process and exceptional candidate experience.Responsibilities:Manage high-volume interview scheduling across candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and executive stakeholders.Coordinate virtual, onsite, and travel-related interview logistics.Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.Support a team of recruiters focused on hiring within the Spend Management business unit.Maintain candidate activity and scheduling details within Workday, Eightfold, and Outlook.Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and bottlenecks.Assist with interview debriefs, offer coordination, and onboarding handoffs.Deliver a high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience through clear, professional communication.
