Job Description
Job Title: Salesforce Solution Architect
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)
Interview: Video
Experience: 12+ years (Not less than 12 years)
Visa: Focus on getting H1B, H4EAD, USC
Mandates: State Experience || Saleforce Certification ||
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, Salesforce Architect, or Technical Architect.
- Strong understanding of enterprise and solution architecture principles.
- Extensive experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and enterprise systems.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs.
- Experience with data architecture, data modeling, and data synchronization.
- Experience providing technical leadership and architectural governance.
- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Copado is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to review technical designs and provide architecture recommendations.
- Ability to mentor and guide Salesforce development teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions.
- Experience with MuleSoft and enterprise integration architecture.
- Experience working in government or other regulated environments.
- Experience with licensing, permitting, inspection, or similar public-sector solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce architecture governance and enterprise architecture standards.
- Experience evaluating Salesforce product releases and roadmap capabilities.
