Change Management Lead

Driving enterprise transformation initiatives, the full-time Change Management Lead will manage change management and enablement workstreams focused on content operations and technology implementations while collaborating with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead organizational change management efforts across client transformation initiatives, ensuring successful adoption and engagement Develop and execute change management strategies, including stakeholder assessments, training needs analyses, and enablement plans Facilitate workshops and discussions with cross-functional teams to align on transformation goals and improve operational models Required qualifications 6+ years of experience in organizational change management, transformation consulting, or related roles Proven ability to lead change efforts from strategy through execution in complex environments Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices Experience with enterprise platforms and workflow tools, particularly Adobe Experience Cloud solutions Hands-on experience with AI-enabled workflows and implementation initiatives
