We're looking for an Audit Supervisor who's ready to take ownership of NFP engagements, mentor junior staff, and work in a collaborative, flexible environment where people come first.

What You'll Do:

• Lead audit engagements from planning through completion, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Perform financial reporting and compliance audits NFP Social Programs, mostly yellow book audits.
• Evaluate internal controls and risk management processes, recommending improvements.
• Prepare and present audit findings and reports to senior leadership and clients.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards including GAAP and IFRS.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop junior audit staff.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure audit recommendations are implemented.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in auditing, preferably in public accounting with NFP, including yellow book audits.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing audit teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
