We're looking for a Sales Support Specialist to support our growing sales and operations teams. This role combines quoting, vendor coordination, customer communication, and project coordination. You'll help move work from an initial customer request through execution, keeping details organized and ensuring projects stay on track.

What You'll Do

• Prepare customer quotes, estimates, and proposals across Guardian's service offerings.
• Gather pricing, scope, labor, logistics, and other information needed to develop accurate quotes.
• Work with vendors to obtain pricing, availability, lead times, and other project requirements.
• Coordinate projects from the quoting stage through completion, tracking timelines, deliverables, and open items.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, field teams, vendors, and customers to ensure projects are properly planned and executed.
• Communicate with customers and vendors regarding project details, schedules, changes, and status updates.
• Follow up on outstanding items and help identify and resolve issues before they impact a project.
• Maintain accurate customer, quote, project, and job information in company systems.
• Ensure project documentation is complete, and jobs are properly closed out for billing.
• Help improve processes and communication between Sales and Operations.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience in sales support, quoting, estimating, project coordination, operations, logistics, service coordination, or a similar role.
• Has experience coordinating projects, jobs, vendors, or multiple workstreams.
• Is highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in accurate work.
• Communicates clearly and professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Is comfortable working with pricing, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Excel.
• Can learn new systems and work across multiple software platforms.
• Takes ownership, follows through, and isn't afraid to ask questions or chase down missing information.
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment where priorities can change and every day is different.

Experience in ITAD, logistics, technology, data center services, construction, manufacturing, distribution, or professional services is a plus, but not required.
