Hybrid – 3 days in the office / 2 days from home

Up to $300,000 +Exceptional Benefits

JGA Recruitment are exclusively partnering with a prestigious, purpose-led organisation to appoint a Director of Business Process Transformation.

\n

\n

This is a role for someone who can run a critical function that cannot fail - while completely rebuilding how it operates.

\n

\n

Beginning with payroll, you will take ownership of an established team and lead the end-to-end redesign of its processes, technology and operating model.

\n

\n

You will decide:

\n

\n
• What should remain
\n
• What should be removed
\n
• What should move properly into Workday
\n
• Where AI and intelligent agents can improve delivery
\n
• Where human judgment must remain
\n

\n

\n

Once the initial transformation is underway, your remit will expand across wider Finance and HR operations.

\n

\n

This is not a traditional, business as usual Director role.

\n

\n

We are looking for an accomplished transformation leader who can move beyond assessment and strategy to implement meaningful, measurable change - and remain accountable for the outcome.

\n

\n

You may currently be operating within:

\n

\n
• Payroll or Workforce Transformation
\n
• Finance or HR Transformation
\n
• Workday or HCM Transformation
\n
• Management Consulting
\n
• HR Technology and Operating Model Design
\n

\n

\n

You do not need to be a payroll processor or an AI engineer. However, you must understand

\n

complex operational processes, speak the language of payroll and have practical knowledge of how AI can be deployed responsibly within a business environment.

\n

\n

Big-4 or major consulting experience would be particularly relevant, alongside Workday or comparable enterprise HCM/ERP expertise.

\n

\n

This is a genuinely unusual opportunity to redesign a critical function from first principles before applying the same methodology across a much broader organisation.
