We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive repair and diagnostics, with hands‑on experience in vehicle maintenance. This role requires excellent mechanical knowledge and the ability to provide exceptional customer service while performing various automotive services. Responsibilities Perform routine vehicle maintenance Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to diagnose and repair automotive issues. Conduct thorough automotive diagnostics to identify problems and recommend solutions. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs. Assist in sales by promoting additional services or products that may benefit customers. Requirements Previous dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory. Strong background in automotive repair with mechanic experience. Proficient in automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and various automotive service techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to perform heavy lifting as necessary for repairs and maintenance tasks.
