Senior Consultant - Vault CRM

What You’ll Do Own delivery for implementation and migration projects in project manager, functional analyst, solution architect, and stream lead roles Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to drive the optimization and harmonization of business processes, and translate them into actionable and scalable solutions Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders across enterprise and SMB organizations Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams and implementation partners Contribute to internal initiatives to continuously improve service quality and delivery frameworks Requirements 6+ years of experience in SaaS technology implementation projects in roles such as Project Manager, Functional Analyst, Solution Architect, or Product Owner Familiarity with CRM ecosystems Strong consulting background with proven ability to architect, drive best practices, and manage stakeholder relationships Strong and effective communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment across multiple assignments Fluent in English (written and spoken) Ability to travel approximately 20% (domestic and international travel is required) Nice to Have Experience working in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Consumer Health sectors Hands‑on experience with Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault Platform, Salesforce.com Platform, or similar Proficiency in SQL, MDL, Python Fluency in one of the following languages: French, German, Italian, or Spanish (Euro‑regional locations such as Barcelona, London, Paris, Frankfurt, Berlin are preferred; other EU locations will be considered) As an equal‑opportunity employer, Veeva is committed to fostering a culture of inclusion and growing a diverse workforce.
