Warehouse Kitting Specialist - 1st Shift

Job Description:

Working in our clean, air-conditioned facility in Lebanon, TN, you will pick materials, build shipping kits, and pack orders so critical healthcare products stay safe in transit. You do not need years of logistics experiencejust a good eye for detail and a steady work ethic. This first-shift role runs from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM, leaving your late afternoons completely free. Early birds can even grab extra overtime starting as early as 3:00 AM! You will start at $18.00 an hour on a temp-to-hire track, and once you are brought on permanently, you will get an automatic 10% pay bump that pushes you to $19.80 an hour.
