Senior Freight Account Growth Manager
NFI Industries
NFI Industries is seeking a Senior Customer Account Manager to drive strategic growth, profitability, and long-term relationships across assigned brokerage customers in a fast-paced environment. You will lead cross-functional teams, present KPI dashboards, and negotiate rates across FTL, LTL, and Intermodal to protect margins. This role emphasizes data-driven account planning, proactive issue resolution, and collaboration with operations, sales, and finance to deliver exceptional service.
