Miratech retains nearly 1000 full-time professionals, and our annual growth rate exceeds 25%. Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Delivery Director, MiraCloud Implementations to lead and assure the successful implementation of MiraCloud solutions, ensuring client satisfaction, operational excellence, timely delivery, and profitability. In this role, you will lead the successful implementation of MiraCloud solutions while ensuring
client satisfaction, operational excellence, timely delivery, and profitability. As Delivery Director, you will lead customer implementation programs while developing and scaling MiraCloud’s project management practice. You will oversee Project Managers, establish delivery governance and implementation standards, and ensure successful customer outcomes across multiple engagements. The role combines delivery leadership, operational excellence, customer relationship management, and people leadership.
