  What You’ll Do

As a  Remote Benefits Representative , you’ll help create a professional, informative, and supportive experience for prospective and existing clients.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Meet virtually with clients through Zoom and phone appointments

• Build rapport and establish professional client relationships

• Assist with general customer-service questions

• Help direct clients through applicable claims-support processes

• Maintain accurate digital records

Your goal is to help clients feel informed, supported, and confident in the decisions they make.

Once appropriately licensed, your role may include:
