TOPRE WILL BE HOLDING OPEN INTERVIEWS AT THE COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT SPRINGFIELD DOWNTOWN ON Thursday 7/2/26 FROM 10am-3pm. 

• 2B Assembly Forklift - Regular hours are 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM , with the potential for overtime until 6:00 AM , depending on production needs. Additional workdays may also be required. Shift differential for this shift.
• B Press Forklift - Regular hours are 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM , with the potential for overtime until 6:00 AM , depending on production needs. Additional workdays may also be required. Shift differential for this shift.
• Press C Forklift - Regular schedule is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM . Overtime is available. These are 12 hours shifts - & Topre will pay up to 4 additional hours so that you reach 40 hours as long as you work at least your 36 hours.

Job description

Forklift Operator is Responsible for movement of finished goods on the production floor; stock production lines with components; remove empty containers from production lines; additional cross-functional responsibilities as deemed necessary.

Prior material handling experiences preferred but not required.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Detail oriented (ability to verify labels, part numbers, etc.)
• Capable of producing reliable work with the highest ethics
• Capable of reporting proper information to supervisors/management team in a timely manner
• Understand and follow safety procedures.
• Self-motivated, work independently and manage time.
• Cooperate with team members and promote teamwork.
• Must pass written and floor forklift driving test.
• No major safety incidents.
• Overtime is available

Job Type: Full-time

Salary : From $20.33 per hour (plus a 30-cent shift differential)

Experience :

• Warehouse experience: 1 year (Preferred)
