Location: Springfield, OH
Pay: $18.30/hour
Schedule: Sunday to Thursday 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM

Now Hiring: Experienced Forklift Operators

We are seeking skilled and dependable Forklift Operators to support a fast-paced production environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring materials and finished goods move efficiently throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities

Operate a sit-down forklift to move finished goods across the production floor
Supply production lines with necessary components to maintain workflow
Remove empty containers and materials from production areas
Support press operations by transporting parts and materials to machines
Press Stacker duties: move parts to machines and load containers accordingly
Assist with additional cross-functional tasks as needed
Verify labels, part numbers, and materials for accuracy

Qualifications

Minimum of 1+ years forklift experience in a fast-paced warehouse, manufacturing, or assembly environment
Experience operating a sit-down forklift required
Strong attention to detail (label verification, part numbers, inventory accuracy)
Good communication skills and ability to work with team members
Ability to thrive in a high-volume production setting

Physical Requirements

Ability to work on your feet and operate equipment throughout the shift
Must be able to lift, carry, and handle materials as needed
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
