Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required
• Basic computer skills preferred
• Experience with RF scanners, pallet jacks, or material handling equipment is a plus

Job Duties

• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently
• Pick, pack, sort, and prepare orders for shipment
• Scan merchandise and enter data using warehouse systems
• Build pallets and label products accurately
• Perform inventory counts and product reconciliations
• Replenish, stock, re-bag, and re-ticket merchandise as needed
• Verify product locations and maintain inventory accuracy
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and cGMP procedures
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet productivity goals
• Assist with customer and internal inquiries regarding products and services

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Associate you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations.
