Contracts Manager

Leading entity contract and subcontract administration, the full-time Contracts Manager will oversee the full contract lifecycle, supervise Contracts Administrators, and provide strategic advice on contractual risk and compliance while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Supervise and mentor Contract Administrators across entities, prioritizing their workload Support Business Development by reviewing NDAs, teaming agreements, and proposal compliance requirements Lead the review of contract awards for accuracy and oversee contract modifications and closeouts Required Qualifications U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) Bachelor's degree in business, finance, contracts, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute for a degree At least 10 years of progressive experience with federal government contracts; 12+ years preferred for enterprise-level management Direct supervision experience managing contracts personnel or junior-level team members In-depth knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and various contract types and lifecycle governance
