Join Angels of Hope Home Care Agency LLC as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Cornersville, Indiana! We are looking for compassionate individuals to provide essential care and support to our clients in a warm and friendly environment. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Administer medications as prescribed and ensure clients adhere to their care plans.
- Assist with mobility and physical exercises to promote physical health.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Document care provided and any observations in client records accurately.
- Current HHA or CNA certification in the state of Indiana.
- Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Basic First Aid and CPR certification in person.
- Must pass background checks.
