Guests trust you with their skin, their comfort, and their confidence. You'll deliver high-quality waxing services in your own private suite, build real relationships with returning guests, and grow a loyal book of business - all within the support of a nationally recognized brand. We're Ballast Wax, a fast-growing multi-unit EWC franchisee. You'll have access to ongoing training, brand education, and a team that genuinely wants to see you thrive - technically, professionally, and financially. WHAT YOU'LL DO Guest Experience & Service DeliveryDeliver professional waxing services in accordance with EWC brand protocols and licensing requirementsGreet every guest with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasmEducate guests on post-wax care, service frequency, and what to expectBuild genuine relationships that keep guests coming back - and referring friends Sales & Guest RetentionRecommend skincare products and service packages that genuinely serve your guestsConsistently achieve rebooking, product sales, and Wax Pass goalsLeverage your product knowledge and consultative approach to drive retentionContribute to center-wide performance targets Hygiene, Safety & StandardsMaintain a clean, sterile, and organized wax suite at all timesAdhere to all sanitation standards and state licensing laws without exceptionUphold brand standards and model the EWC guest experience Growth & Team CultureParticipate in ongoing training, skill development, and center meetingsSupport fellow team members and contribute to a positive, inclusive environmentBring curiosity and commitment to your craft - we'll bring the resources BUILD YOUR BUSINESS WITHIN OURS We don't just hand you a room and a schedule. Now let's build the business.You hold an active Esthetician or Cosmetologist license in the state where you're applying - this is required.You care about your guests beyond the service. You remember names, ask about their skin, and build trust one appointment at a time.You're comfortable recommending products and services. You educate confidently and let the results speak for themselves.You take sanitation and standards seriously. Your suite is always guest-ready and your protocols are never compromised.You're a learner. Whether you're brand new or experienced, you show up to training ready to grow.You're available when guests are - evenings and weekends included.
