Role Description This is a full-time (part-time available as well), on-site role for a Psychotherapist, LCSW located in Naperville, IL. The Psychotherapist will provide mental health services to individuals, couples, and families. Responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing psychotherapy sessions. The therapist will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for patients. Qualifications Strong skills in Psychology and Mental Health Expertise in Counseling and Relationship Counseling Knowledge and experience in the field of Medicine Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Master’s degree in Social Work and an active LCSW license Experience in senior care or transitional care settings is a plus Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence Job Type Full-time Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr Community Physicians
