You’re Good At

• Managing multiple meetings and events at once while staying organized, calm, and deadline-focused
• Building strong relationships with clients, coworkers, venues, and service providers
• Leading projects from kickoff to close-out, including timelines, written materials, and on-site execution
• Solving problems quickly and confidently while keeping programs moving forward
• Communicating clearly and professionally, whether you’re giving direction, sharing updates, or making recommendations

You Might Also Have

• A four-year degree in a business-related field
• Two years of experience in meeting planning or meetings management within the pharmaceutical meetings industry
• Experience supporting both small- and large-scale meeting formats
• Confidence working independently while also being a collaborative team player
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and HTML

You Should Know

• This is a work from home position for those located in the US. This role will operate primarily in the Eastern time zone.

Compensation

• The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Meeting Planner, Life Sciences (Pharma) is between $60,000 - $75,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
