Pay Range: $20-$22 per hour (based on experience and certification)

Caregiver Responsibilities

In this Personal Caregiver role, you will:

• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support to clients
• Deliver one-on-one in-home care with varying shift times based on client needs

Qualifications for Caregivers

We welcome both experienced Caregivers and those new to home care who have a genuine heart for service.

• HCA (Health Care Aide) or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) license preferred, but not required - we can pay for your HCA training
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Must pass a written competency test, drug screen, and nationwide background check
• Reliable, honest, and caring, with a strong desire to help others
