Parc 55 San Francisco – a Hilton Hotel is looking for its next Front Office Manager to join their Front Office team! The sleek boutique hotel of 1024 guest rooms sits steps from Powell Street and Westfield San Francisco Shopping Center. It is an ideal location for both work and play. Responsibilities Manage all Front Office operations, including guest service and registration (check‑in/check‑out), room inventory and availability, guest service standards and initiatives, product quality, cost controls, and overall profitability. Implement marketing initiatives, manage systems use and administration, and handle budgeting and forecasting. Oversee department management, policy and procedure implementation and enforcement, and facilitate meeting participation. Monitor and develop team member performance, including supervision, scheduling, counseling, evaluations, and recognition programs. Monitor service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues, and make improvements accordingly. Ensure compliance with Hilton company standards. Meet and greet guests, respond to inquiries, requests, and issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner, and resolve concerns. Initiate and implement up‑selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize occupancy and revenue. Ensure team members maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel products, services, facilities, events, pricing and policies, and local area events. Complete audit procedures as needed. Recruit, interview and train team members. Qualifications Minimum one year of hotel front desk management experience. Experience managing 400+ room properties is highly preferred.
