Landscape Team Leader

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a landscaping crew to complete projects efficiently and to the highest quality standards
- Plan and organize daily tasks, delegate responsibilities, and ensure projects remain on schedule
- Communicate project goals, updates, and adjustments clearly with team members
- Foster a positive, team-oriented environment that motivates and develops crew members
- Ensure safe operation of equipment and adherence to all safety protocols
- Participate in daily morning meetings to align on goals and celebrate team achievements
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience, preferably in landscaping or outdoor project management
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Passion for building beautiful, functional outdoor spaces
Compensation
$22 – $40 per hour , based on experience. Includes clear, achievable quarterly production bonuses tied to leadership ability and project responsibility.
