Roles and Responsibilities:  
As the MANAGER ACT/FIN, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by: 
- Leading and overseeing financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. 
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategic financial plans and budgets. 
- Analyzing financial data to provide insights that drive decision-making and improve performance. 
- Implementing best practices in financial management and reporting processes. 
- Mentoring and developing a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. 
- Engaging with stakeholders to communicate financial strategies and results effectively. 
- Identifying opportunities for process enhancements and cost efficiencies.

Experience Level:  
- Preferred experience level is 8 to 10 years in a finance or accounting role, demonstrating progressive responsibility and leadership capabilities.
