AtmosAir is hiring a full-time Aftermarket Specialist Manager to own and grow the recurring side of our business: ionization tube replacements, sensor replacements, and the AtmosAir Subscription Service. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and motivated by building lasting customer relationships and turning our installed base into a thriving stream of repeat business. Reporting from our Fairfield, CT headquarters, the Aftermarket Specialist Manager plays a central role in keeping every AtmosAir system performing at its best long after installation. You’ll manage replacement cycles, drive subscription enrollment and renewals, and partner closely with our Regional Sales Managers, resellers, and dealers to make sure customers get the full value of their investment. Success in this role takes strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine focus on customer retention and recurring revenue. This is an in-office role based at AtmosAir’s Fairfield, CT headquarters, with occasional travel to customers, resellers, and industry events as needed. Key Responsibilities and Functions: Own and grow recurring aftermarket revenue across the installed base, including ionization tube replacements, sensor replacements, and the AtmosAir Subscription Service. Manage the replacement lifecycle by tracking installed systems, anticipating tube and sensor replacement timing, and proactively reaching out to customers, resellers, and dealers ahead of need. Drive enrollment, onboarding, and renewals for the AtmosAir Subscription Service, working to maximize adoption and minimize churn. Reach monthly, quarterly, and annual KPI’s for aftermarket sales, subscription growth, and renewal rates, with accurate reporting and accountability. Partner with Regional Sales Managers, resellers, and dealers to identify aftermarket opportunities and ensure a seamless handoff from new installation to ongoing service. Provide and maintain accurate reporting by documenting all activities, replacement schedules, and subscription records using HubSpot CRM. Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for aftermarket inquiries, educating customers and partners on the benefits of staying current on tubes, sensors, and subscriptions. Learn AtmosAir’s proprietary technologies and be able to clearly explain replacement schedules, performance benefits, and subscription value. Identify opportunities to improve aftermarket processes, pricing, and customer communications to make repeat business easier and more reliable. Minimum Qualifications: Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Fairfield, CT. Applicants outside of this region will not be considered. 3+ years of experience in account management, inside sales, customer success, or aftermarket/recurring revenue roles. BA/BS degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent work experience. Strong organizational skills and comfort managing many accounts and renewal cycles at once. Experience with a CRM (HubSpot preferred) and a data-driven approach to tracking and reporting.
