Operations Manager

As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for providing supervision of safety policy, quality control, logistics coordination, operational efficiency and customer support for our Houston Location. Responsibilities Provide oversight of field operations and coordinate logistics for company vehicles and equipment daily. P&L responsibility. Ensure that the project work is carried out as per the assigned schedule. Communicate with company leadership to identify problems and recommend solutions. Inspect and monitor work areas, examine tools and equipment and employee safety to prevent, detect, and correct unsafe conditions or violations of procedures and safety rules. Requisition materials and supplies, tools, equipment and replacement parts. Participate in Company Safety Culture, including training and planning. Other duties assigned by leadership. Requirements High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a background check. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high rise setting, i.e. swing stage, rope access. Window cleaning experience a plus. Operating knowledge of computer systems and smartphones. Communication skills. Must be able to lift 75 lbs. Bilingual English and Spanish Required. Ability to manage people and processes. Results oriented.
