Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state SLP licensure/certification
• Experience working with children in grades K-12
• Knowledge of assessment, intervention, and documentation for a school-based setting
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to various age groups and needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for students in K-12 to identify speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s goals
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure coordinated support for student success
• Monitor progress and maintain thorough, compliant documentation
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) processes
• Provide support, resources, and education to families and school personnel regarding speech-language development
