What We’re Looking For:

• Valid and current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience or strong interest in working with students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to foster positive relationships with students and staff
• Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs and intervention strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of a dynamic school environment

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student communication needs
• Deliver direct and indirect speech and language therapy to students across multiple grade levels
• Develop individualized therapy plans and contribute to student IEP teams
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of services and progress
• Educate and support staff and families on strategies for improving speech and language skills
