Conduct personalized speech therapy interventions focusing on language, fluency, voice, and swallowing challenges.

Work alongside physical and occupational therapists, nurses, doctors, caregivers, and families to establish cohesive therapeutic strategies.

Provide education to patients and their families to support ongoing progress beyond the clinic.

Assist with occasional inpatient therapy evaluations to ensure integrated care throughout all stages of treatment.

Keep precise and timely documentation in accordance with state, federal, and organizational standards.

Commit to ongoing education and collaboration with peers to stay updated on industry advancements.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 30 days of employment.

Expertise in evidence-based interventions for diverse age groups, coupled with a thorough understanding of developmental and acquired speech and swallowing disorders.
