Participate in occasional inpatient assessments and treatment, ensuring uninterrupted support throughout the recovery journey.

Maintain diligent and precise documentation to comply with state, federal, and organizational regulations.

Engage in continuing education and peer discussions to remain at the forefront of clinical advancements.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is pending.

Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) through ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within a month of being hired.

Strong command of evidence-based practices for various age groups, along with a deep understanding of speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Exceptional interpersonal skills to nurture relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.

Ability to modify therapy approaches to accommodate unique cultural and language needs.

Excellent clinical judgment along with innovative problem-solving capabilities.
