Customer Service Representative Now hiring for a Customer Service Representative in Crystal Lake, IL. Pay rate: $20.50 per hour. Position is Monday to Friday, 11am to 7:30pm. Additional customer service, business, or office training is beneficial. Experience Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to provide professional, courteous, and solution-focused customer service. Experience using computers, business software, and data entry systems. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Previous CSR experience at least 1 year, experience with CRM and SAP Programs. Physical Capabilities: Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while assisting customers. Frequent use of computers, telephones, and standard office equipment. Ability to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and business partners.
