NOW HIRING: Banquet Servers | Events & Hospitality | Tulsa, OK

Okie Staffing is hiring Banquet Servers to support top hospitality clients across Tulsa. If you enjoy working events, providing great guest service, and being part of a fast-paced team—this is a great opportunity.

What You’ll Do

Provide friendly, attentive service to guests during events
Assist with set-up, execution, and breakdown of banquet functions
Set tables, chairs, linens, china, and glassware
Serve food and beverages while maintaining presentation and proper temperature
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow direction from Banquet Captain and attend pre-event briefings
Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and OSHA guidelines
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth eve

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Professional appearance and reliable attendance
Must meet legal age requirements for serving alcohol
ABLE license and alcohol server training required (or willingness to obtain)

Uniform Requirements

Black pressed dress slacks
Black dress shirt (collared)
Black belt & black tie
Black socks
Black rubber-soled (non-slip) shoes
