Position Description: We are looking for friendly folks like you to join our team! Metro Diner is known for warm, welcoming service, familiar faces, and award-winning food. Servers provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our Guests. Each servers primary objective is to make our Guests feel so at home and comfortable that they will want to return again and again.

The skills to take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
Poise and grace to handle Guests questions and complaints appropriately
The understanding to prepare and present Guests their check, accept payment, and process credit card or accept cash as applicable
You might also have:
Experience as a Server in a fast-paced work environment
Experience in diffusing stressful situations through a calm, thoughtful demeanor
Ability to work as part of a team and help facilitate the smooth running of the diner as directed by the Managing Partner or supervisor
A passion for working alongside other Team Members to provide excellent service while growing the company financially
