Start Dates: 05/04/2026 06/01/2026 08/10/2026 10/05/2026 10/19/2026 11/02/2026 11/30/2026 Schedule: Monday through Friday 11:30 am - 8:00 pm EST (training schedule will be Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST for the first 4-6 weeks). Compensation: $16.50 per hour plus a variable pay (performance bonuses). As a Member Solutions Representative, you’ll directly support the end users of Alegeus’ product. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing friendly, professional and empathetic assistance. Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns with precision, turning potentially challenging situations into positive experiences. Go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations, ensuring each interaction is memorable and impactful. Work closely with team members and other departments to continuously improve our processes and enhance the customer journey. Qualifications Requirements: Must have a reliable broadband internet connection (DSL, cable or fiber with 25 Mbps or higher) with the ability to directly connect to a router (wired) if negative call quality is observed when using a wireless connection. Satellite, dial-up or personal hot spots are not permitted. Abilities: Ability to handle complex customer interactions, exceptional communication skills, proficient troubleshooting and problem-solving and a commitment to quality. Experience: 1-2 years of customer service call center experience preferred. Education: High School Diploma or GED is required. Location: Within a 4-hour drive of our Maitland, FL office.
