Nurse Manager

Responsibilities Nurse Manager -$50,000 Sign-on Retention Bonus Poplar Springs Hospital is a 183 bed acute care and residential facility located in Petersburg, Virginia. The Nursing Manager is a registered nurse who shares delegated responsibility with the Director of Nursing in all matters related to programmatic issues, unit staff, patient management and care, and daily FTE’s. The Nurse Manager hires and supervises unit nursing staff as assigned and assists the Director of Nursing with compliance to hospital policy and procedures. Hours will vary and applicants need to have flexibility with their availability.
