After School Babysitter for Children with ADHD

We are seeking a reliable and patient babysitter to care for our 6-year-old daughter and 7-year-old son in Minneapolis, MN. Our ideal candidate will provide after school care from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include school pick-ups, driving the children to appointments and after-school activities, assisting with homework, and preparing light meals using our Suvie oven. You will also oversee the children's bedtime routines, encouraging them to complete tasks independently while ensuring their safety.
Our son has ADHD and experiences social anxiety, so we are looking for someone with a calm and understanding demeanor who can guide him through calming techniques during challenging moments. Experience with children who have special needs is a plus. We offer a pay rate of $15 - $18 per hour, gas reimbursement, and bonuses at 3, 6, and 12 months. Meals and snacks are available if desired.
