Summary The Greeter serves as the first and final point of contact for guests, delivering a warm, polished welcome and elevated concierge-style service. This role manages the store entrance, provides directional assistance, and supports smooth hand-offs to sales and leadership teams. The ideal candidate is personable, poised, and focused on creating a memorable guest experience. Responsibilities Warmly greet and farewell customers entering and exiting the store Open and close the store entrance door and maintain a clean, welcoming entry Act as a concierge by providing directions, store information, and introductions to team members Manage guest flow and communicate with store leadership for seamless hand-offs Maintain knowledge of store layout, product categories, and service offerings Requirements Prior customer-facing, hospitality, or luxury retail experience preferred Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, poised demeanor Flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends, holidays, and peak periods Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 15 lbs Strong situational awareness, problem-solving ability, and teamwork skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
