Bioinformatics Analyst III

To accelerate drug discovery from a remote setting, the Bioinformatics Analyst III will integrate large-scale multi-modal omics data, develop predictive frameworks for drug targets, and execute computational workflows on a 6-month contract basis. Key responsibilities Ingest, clean, and preprocess multi-modal datasets, including RNA-seq, OMIX, and CRISPR screens Support perturbation analyses and build custom ranking frameworks for target efficacy prediction Collaborate with scientific teams to translate complex biological questions into reproducible computational solutions Required qualifications MS degree with 5+ years of experience or a PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Genetics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline Strong coding skills in R or Python, including writing custom statistical and visualization functions Proven experience processing and extracting biological insights from OMIX data and CRISPR screens Demonstrated comfort working within HPC or cloud environments for parallel computing Familiarity with machine learning fundamentals and AI tools
