You’ll continue serving customers in the field while helping shape the standards, processes, training, and culture that define our electrical division for years to come.

Working directly with ownership, you’ll have a voice in shaping the standards, systems, and long-term direction of ReliaBee Electrical by contributing to:

• Department growth and development
• Service standards and best practices
• Technician mentoring and training
• Inventory, equipment, and department process recommendations
• Customer experience initiatives
• Long-term department leadership

What We’re Looking For

• Texas Journeyman Electrician License
• Strong residential service and diagnostic experience
• Experience with service upgrades, panel replacements, surge protection, EV charging, generators, lighting, troubleshooting, and residential electrical repairs
• Ability to educate homeowners and provide honest recommendations
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills
• Self-motivated professional who enjoys solving challenging problems
• Interest in mentoring others and helping grow a high-performing department
• Valid Texas Driver License
