Job Summary:
The Concierge - Club Level plays an essential role in creating a refined, welcoming, and personalized lounge experience for guests at JW Marriott Marquis Miami. This position monitors lounge seating, service flow, safety, cleanliness, and guest well-being while maintaining a polished, fully stocked environment. The Concierge - Club Level prepares and serves beverages, supports food and beverage presentations, anticipates guest needs, and partners closely with the kitchen and hotel teams to deliver thoughtful, seamless hospitality.

Job Family Core Work Activities
· Monitor the club lounge for seating availability, service flow, safety, cleanliness, and overall guest well-being.
· Welcome and acknowledge guests with genuine hospitality, anticipate service needs, and respond promptly and professionally to requests.
· Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and condition of the bar, bar unit, tables, service areas, tools, glassware, and supplies.
· Prepare and serve hot, cold, and alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards.
· Stock ice, glassware, paper supplies, bar items, and other lounge materials to ensure no shortages during scheduled service periods.
· Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs promptly, including food, beverage, and supply requirements.
· Forecast additional meal needs and communicate guest preferences, special requests, and service updates to the kitchen.
· Clean, reset, bus, and wipe down tables after guests depart to maintain a polished lounge presentation.
· Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies and tools, breaking down service areas, storing reusable goods, restocking items, and completing cleaning checklists.
· Requisition necessary supplies and transport items from storeroom areas to the bar or lounge set-up areas as required.
· Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas according to company procedures.
· Wash coffee, beverage dishes, glassware, and serving utensils as needed.
· Document pertinent information in the department logbook and communicate operational updates to supervisors and team members.
· Follow company safety, security, quality assurance, uniform, confidentiality, and asset protection standards at all times.
· Support coworkers and partner with other departments to ensure proper coverage, efficient operations, and a seamless guest experience.
