Site Safety Specialist

OverviewResponsible for assisting the Safety Managers with all safety matters and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and corporate environmental, health, and safety regulations are met. Handles safety functions in the field to support company construction at assigned job sites. Conducts specialized safety trainings (fall protection, confined space, etc.), job safety analyses, workplace audits, and incident responses as needed.Location & Travel DetailsYou'll have the opportunity to travel across the US, helping our team build renewable projects. This is a traveling position, up to 100% of the time, and you may be placed at any state. Projects typically last 8–12 months on average. We offer a designated daily per diem in addition to base pay to support living expenses and allow routine travel home (rotation) from the job site.Job ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and present safety training to support company and client requirements, including planning, documentation, and presentation.
