We are currently seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible General Orthopedic Surgeon to become a vital part of our growing orthopedic team. We are in search of a surgeon proficient in a wide range of general orthopedic procedures, including fracture management, sports-related injuries, joint disorders, arthroscopic techniques, and elective surgeries. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to achieving outstanding patient outcomes in a collaborative, patient-focused setting. Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• ABOS Board Certification or Board Eligibility required
• Ability to secure medical licenses in Iowa and Illinois
• Comprehensive clinical and surgical expertise in general orthopedics
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Open to both recent graduates and experienced surgeons

Compensation & Benefits

• Two-year guaranteed salary of $739,410, with production incentives starting at 10,650 wRVUs
• Transition to a straight production model beginning in year three
• Potential to earn over $1 million annually
• $100,000 recruitment bonus
