What You ll Do

• Collaborate with Neonatologists to provide high-quality care for neonatal patients in Level III-IV NICUs
• Work alongside a team during evening shifts, providing coverage for infants requiring specialized neonatal care
• Participate in in-room rounds and emergency response in designated nurseries
• Support delivery procedures and newborn stabilization in high-risk delivery settings
• Contribute to patient care plans and family education in a multidisciplinary team setting
• Adhere to clinical protocols and ensure compliance with hospital policies
• No transport duties involved

What You Need

• Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP); FNPs or other NP certifications not accepted
• 2+ years of NNP experience highly preferred
• Valid state license to practice as an NNP in Arizona
• Strong teamwork, communication, and clinical skills
