Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Location: Multiple locations (Arizona & New Mexico)
Compensation: To be discussed with client directly

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join a dynamic, multi-location healthcare team across Arizona and New Mexico

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with exposure to a wide range of clinical settings and specialties, depending on location and assignment

Provide comprehensive patient evaluations and follow-up care
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Prescribe and manage medications under physician supervision (as applicable)
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
Educate patients on treatment plans, prevention, and lifestyle modifications
Support outpatient and/or inpatient clinical services depending on site
️ Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation

️ Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
️ Active license in AZ and/or NM (or eligibility to obtain)
️ Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
️ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
️ Ability to adapt across multiple clinical settings
